I Hope Blossom Proves Me Wrong!!
I Hope Blossom Proves Me Wrong!!
I’ve been aware of this channelling prediction for quite a while now but to be honest once I drew the parallels between, “The Federation Of Light” and “Vrillons” pirate radio broadcast from the 1970’s then I’ve hesitated in posting anything about it, mainly as it wouldn’t have been complimentary. But as the countdown is most definitely on with the predicted event to occur in a fortnight and especially as it’s received quite a bit of mainstream coverage then I thought I’d at least mention it.
The most recent message states that:
“There shall be many who deny.
There shall be many who dismiss.
There shall be those who KNOW of this TRUTH.
Which ever you may be … let this be understood.
IT SHALL TAKE PLACE.”
Unfortunately I’m not one of those that, “Knows the truth” so rather than post reams of reasons why I’m not, and as I’m not going to offer any disparaging comments as to this imminent celestial unveiling then I’ll simply say that I undoubtedly and 100% hope I’m wrong about Blossom Goodchild (Australian actress, author and direct-voice medium) and Mike Quinsey, (well-known United States-based medium) and of course their outlandish predictions.
But while we’re on this subject then what I will add (and in my humble opinion) I think ALL (yes, that’s every single one of them WITHOUT exception) mediums are charlatans and that’s certainly the nicest way I can think of phrasing it……

Reminiscent of a bad script from a science-fiction movie, Earthlings are being warned in a bombardment of Internet postings that the aliens are coming. And, their date of arrival is October 14. While sceptics are brushing off the messages as something that will give ufology a bad name, others are saying the messages received by two mediums on opposite ends of the globe are real.
The mediums, Blossom Goodchild, an Australian actress, author and direct-voice medium, and Mike Quinsey, a well-known United States-based medium, say they have been contacted by the galactic Federation of Light who have made it known that they will park their massive space ship over Alabama ” in the south of your hemisphere ” on October 14, and will remain there for three days. The visitation to humans has been brought forward from the initially planned End of Days in 2012 because of the damage being caused to the planet by man and the fact that “dark forces” remain in charge.
The most recent message was channelled to Mike Quinsey this week from SaLuSa of Sirius on behalf of the federation, which warned that it would not be long before people would get a clear indication of where humanity was going.
“There are events that are approaching manifestation that will be the precursor of greater happenings… You are being helped to break away from the iron grip of the dark forces, and this is vital if you are to tread a different path that shall allow you full expression in the Light,” part of the message said.
SaLuSa continued that soon there would be “irrefutable proof” that we are not alone in this universe and that extraterrestrial craft were no strangers to the planet. “What will be different is that the event of October 14 will happen in such a way that it will be undeniable and will open the door to first contact,” the being apparently told Quinsey, who was also informed that without the help of extraterrestrials, man would have been unable to progress as far.
But the initial announcement that the federation was en route was made by Goodchild, who recently published a book documenting the messages channelled to her by these cosmic beings. She said that in her most recent contacts the beings informed her that they come to “help us and our planet move to a new higher vibration of love“.
In their message to the “leaders, governors, politicians and all people of Earth“, the federation stated that they would be attacked by those who would try to deny their existence. They were not coming to take over the world or destroy it, but to give people hope so that they would see the Light. Their presence would be televised, but there would be no direct human contact.
The aliens claimed that man had been prepared for their arrival - through the movies.
One blogger questioned whether the Federation of Light was the alien force that Captain Kirk and Mr Spock had to deal with in at least three of the original Star Trek episodes. Others debated whether this was not part of Nasa’s Blue Beam Project, part of which apparently involved a gigantic “space show” consisting of three-dimensional optical holograms sounding the new “god’s” voice to mark the start of a new world order.
Yet others debated whether these messages were reminiscent of doomsday cults such as Jim Jones’s People’s Temple and the Heaven’s Gate in which followers committed mass suicide. The 38 Heaven’s Gate followers believed souls would board a space ship hiding in the Hale-Bopp comet in 1997. In additional communications posted on Goodchild’s website, the aliens tell her they are coming to collect those humans who have seen the Light, which some said might explain alien abductions.
Cristo Louw, the founder of South Africa ’s UFO Resource, said he believed anything was possible and that “vibrations have been happening throughout the history of humankind“. While he would not bet money on the aliens arriving on October 14, he did believe it ” might be a good thing to get people to focus on something more positive “.
“If it happens, it is not unexpected. It is not going to change the fact that these beings are real…..Most people are in survival-mode thinking, so they have not had a chance to think about the deeper questions in life. This might be their chance.”
Man, he said, was ready for this visit.
Back on Sunday 14th October (2007) I wrote about a Mr Linn Murphy in a post titled, “UFO Hoaxers And Their Toys”.
“Meet Linn Murphy, a man with perhaps a little too much time on his hands? Linn Murphy has built himself a 3 foot wide reinforced foam flying saucer that’s remote controlled and can hit 40 mph thanks to a tiny electric motor.”

The only reason I mention this is I recently came across the following article from the Mercury News:
| UFO toy seller in OC held for alleged pants fraud
The Associated Press IRVINE, Calif.—A man known for selling flying, flashing toys that have prompted UFO reports was arrested for a more earthbound problem: allegedly faking torn trousers. Gaylon Linn Murphy, 52, of Irvine, was arrested on Thursday for investigation of attempted grand theft, according to an Irvine police statement released Friday. Murphy had been trying to get a local restaurant called Houston’s to reimburse him, claiming he had damaged his designer pants in a fall in the restroom, police said. Murphy claimed the trousers were part of a suit valued between $500 and $1,800, police said. When Houston’s manager called a clothing store to verify the value of the pants, he was told that a Home Depot in Irvine had made a similar call because Murphy was trying to get that store to pay for his trousers, police Lt. Rick Handfield said. The clothing store also said Murphy had requested a letter stating the value of the suit, Handfield said. Murphy was booked at the Orange County Jail, where he was held Saturday on $20,000 bail, according to inmate information on the Sheriff’s Department Web site. Murphy is known locally for selling radio-controlled toy saucers with flashing lights. Murphy and the toy’s creator, Steve Zingali, sell them for $1,000 apiece. Orange County police agencies say nighttime flights of the toys have prompted floods of UFO reports. |

UK UFO – Police Helicopter Crew Reports UFO
I originally had this Blog post titled, “UK UFO – Police Helicopter Crew Reports Near Collision With UFO.” But unfortunately that has yet to be confirmed so rather add to the already alarmist media coverage of the event I’ll try to stick with what has been confirmed.
At 12:40am on Sunday, 8th June (2008) the three man crew from ‘The South & East Wales Air Support Unit’ reported seeing an unidentified aircraft. The crew have made an official report which has been forwarded to the relevant authorities (MoD and CAA). The police Eurocopter, an EC135T21, was hovering in the sky at 0040 BST above the St Athan military base waiting to land when the unidentified aircraft was spotted.

That’s about in the way of actual facts, the majority of which were obtained from an official press release by the South Wales Police press office (which can be read a little further down). In fact the only seemingly credible coverage of the event by the media has been by the BBC, they also include quotes from a Ministry of Defence spokesperson who said they (the MoD) had heard nothing about the incident before condescendingly adding:
“But it is certainly not advisable for police helicopters to go chasing what they think are UFOs.”
The fact that they weren’t aware of the report has been confirmed to Joe McGonagle of the UK-UFO.org website who has already received a reply to a FoIA request about the incident, and was as follows:
“Dear Mr McGonagle,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request of 20 June 2008 asking for copies of any records held by the MoD in relation to an alleged UFO sighting by a police helicopter crew on 7 June 2008. Other than press enquiries, the MoD has no record of this alleged incident being reported to it.”
DAS-FOI
The BBC article also states that: “Cardiff International Airport said air traffic control provided a service to the police helicopter to ensure it had appropriate air space, including allowing it space to return to RAF St Athan to refuel.”
So we have the Police press release saying that the incident happened while they were waiting to land and no pursuit took place.
And now we have the Airport saying that it facilitated this pursuit and helped it to navigate safely back to the St Athan base. Although the ambiguity of the quote could easily mean that this is merely citing the standard procedure rather than describing the result of chasing an unidentified aircraft…..
Practically every news piece I’ve read so far has quoted an early article from the bastion of integrity that is, “The Sun” newspaper with yet another of their surreptitious and of course anonymous ’sources’. The (Sun newspaper) ’source’ was quoted as saying:
“It closed in at great speed, aiming straight at the helicopter…..The chopper had to swerve sharply to avoid being hit. The guys said if they’d stayed where they were, they’d be dead – it would’ve been a direct hit…..They are convinced it was a UFO. It sounds far-fetched, but they know what they saw…..These guys are hardened professionals and know people will take the mickey, but they are certain they saw a UFO…..After the near-collision they decided to follow it to find out what the hell it was…..They belted across the Bristol Channel in pursuit, but it was too quick. They got to the North Devon coast and had to turn back because they were running low on fuel.”
Now compare and contrast this with the,
South Wales Police - Official Press Release :
“South Wales Police can confirm the South & East Wales Air Support Unit sighted an unusual aircraft. This was reported to the relevant authorities for their investigation. In today’s skies, there are a wide variety of aircrafts which come in a range of different shapes and sizes and in all probability, this sighting has just confirmed that one of these was in the area at the relevant time. Reports that we chased the unusual aircraft across the Bristol Channel and the North Devon coastline is inaccurate.”
From one extreme to another and I expect the truth is to be found somewhere in between the two, although probably nearer to the MoD’s extreme than the one anonymously claimed and irresponsibly reported by The Sun newspaper.
A point worth making is the apparent lack of any kind of thermal imaging, but one media report says thermal imaging cameras and another says night vision goggles, so like every other aspect we will have to wait until more information is made available before speculating on what that could mean.
Another salient point is that it is surely both impossible and impractical for the MoD to claim that this event was, “Of no defence significance” as is their usual declaration especially when considering the proximity to both military and civilian airports but I’m sure they’ll think of something…..
The “World Aero Data” website entry for St Athan, states:
“All inbd acft call CARDIFF APP CON 5 min before CTLZ, if unable call ST ATHAN APP CON 125.85 277.225.”
Perhaps the failure to alert Cardiff airport of any sort of UAV tests is partly responsible for the sarcastic comments by the MoD advising the Police helicopter crew not to chase everything that they may think is a UFO. But if this is the case you would think that somebody at the base would have had the sense not to launch whatever it was at the same time as the Police helicopter was waiting to land as surely this is one of the many factors which MUST be considered in testing any kind of secret project (e.g. UAV), and especially so considering how close it is to a civil airport and consequently busy civil flight-paths.
